摘要 连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)与传统的肾脏替代疗法相比,具有连续、缓慢清除溶质和血流动力学状态稳定等显著特点,已成为急性肾衰竭(ARF)、脓毒血症(sepsis)和多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)等疾病的重要治疗措施之一。近年来在急救医学领域已广泛应用并且取得了重大进展。 Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is a kind of new method for the treatment of acute renal failure (ARF), it is better than traditional renal replacement therapy and is widely used in the treatment of sepsis and MODS. Great progresses have been made in recent years in the field of critical care medicine.
