中国需要真正的创业教育——基于“挑战杯”全国大学生创业计划竞赛的分析

China needs genuine enterprise education——Based on the study of "Challenge Cup" Bussiness Plan Competition(B.P.C.) for college students nationwide

“挑战杯”全国大学生创业计划竞赛引发的大学生创业热潮及其争论受到越来越多的关注。这些争论反映了创业计划竞赛存在的问题乃至中国高等教育的弊端,即应试性教育与功利性竞赛、精英化教育与理想化竞赛、学生对科研参与度低与竞赛作品学院气浓、高校科研的封闭性与企业对竞赛参与的冷漠性。必须加大改革力度,构建真正意义上的创业教育体系:走出竞赛功利化的误区;创新人才培养理念;解构人才的“被格式化”;打破“以赛代学”模式,构建创业教育“立交桥”。

College students enterprise waves with its dispute aroused by ＂Challenge Cup＂ Bussiness Plan Competition （B. P. C. ） For College Students Nationwide have attracted more and more people＇s attention and lead to various kinds of dispute. These kinds of dispute reflect the existing problems in B. P. C. Even worse,it mirros the defects of China＇s higher education, namely, exam-oriented education, and ideal competition, low rate of students＇ participation in scientific research and,academic taste of theri works for the competition, the rigidity of scientific research in higher education and enterprises＇ estrangement towards participating in the competition. Therefore, we must further our reform and construct a genuinee enterprise education system：avoid the mistakes of utilization of competition;establish innovative idea of talent cultivation;avoid the phenomenon of talents being formated;break the ＂competition replaces learning＂ instruction pattern; and create communication channelsw for enterprise education.
