Construction of Self-directed Learning Model under the Vision of Learning Society

构建学习型社会是终身教育国际思潮不断演进的必然趋势。在学习型社会中,无论是个人还是组织都不希望脱离岗位参与学习,最理想的学习形式就是随时随地利用学习资源不断更新知识、掌握新技能以适应瞬息万变的社会,而自我导向学习模式迎合了学习型社会需要,学习型社会又为自我导向学习模式的构建提供了良好的氛围。

Constructing learning society is the inevitable trend with the international tide of lifelong education. In the learning soci- ety, individuals as well as organizations are unwilling to study away from position, and the most ideal model of learning is to utilize learning resource to renew knowledge and grasp new skill in order to adapt to fast changing society. On the other hand, self-directed learning caters to the need of learning Society, while learning society offer better environment for constructing the model of self-directed learning.
