缺血性结肠炎18例内镜下特点

The endoscopic characterizations of ischaemic colitis:report of 18 cases

目的探讨缺血性结肠炎的内镜下特点。方法回顾性分析总结我院内镜中心近期诊断的18例缺血性结肠炎患者内镜下表现。结果缺血性结肠炎内镜下特点主要为:粘膜散在条状充血糜烂灶;粘膜充血糜烂,散在浅表性溃疡;肠壁增厚,结肠皱襞结构消失,粘膜表面充血糜烂;肠壁增厚变形,肠腔向心性狭窄。结论结肠内窥镜检查能早期诊断缺血性结肠炎,方法简单易行,可靠性高。

Objective To evaluate the endoscopic characterizations of ischaemic colitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the endoscopy results of 18 patients with ischaemic colitis was made. Results The endoscopic characterizations of ischaemic colitis included, stripe congested erosions and/or whiteness disperse on colon mucosa; dispersed superficial ulcers with congested erosion of colon mucosa; thickness of colon wall and disappearance of intestine plica with congested erosion of the mucosa; deformation and afferent stricture of colon cavity. Conclusion Colonoscopy can make an early diagnosis of ischaemic colitis with accuracy and simplicity.
