静脉用丙种球蛋白佐治小儿耐药菌感染性肺炎

IVIG in the treatment of child antibiotic resistant bacterium infectious pneumonia

目的观察静脉用丙种球蛋白（IVIG）对小儿耐药芮感染性肺炎的辅助作用。方法将30例小儿耐药菌感染性肺炎随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组16例，在使用有效抗生素基础上辅以静脉用丙种球蛋白200-400mg／（kg·d），连用3—5d；对照组14例，使用有效抗生素。结果观察组有效率100％，对照组有效率85．5％。观察组发热、呼吸症状改善、肺部哕音吸收、器官功能衰竭、病程均比对照组有不同程度缩短。结论静脉用丙种球蛋白能迅速改善小儿耐药菌感染肺炎的症状，缩短病程，提高治愈率。

Objective To study the treatment of IVIG in child antibiotic bacterium infectious pneumonia. Methods Thirty children patients with antibiotic resistant bacterium infectious pneumonia were divided into study group and control group at randora. Beside using effective medicine, the study group patients assistanted with IVIG,200 -400 mg（ kg · d） ,3 -5 days. The control group patients used effective medicine only. Results The effective rate in study group was 100% ,The days of study patients in fever, disorder of breath,rales,failure of organ function and course of disease were shorter than control group. The effective rate in control group was 85.5 percent. Conclusion Using IVIG can improve the child antibiotic resistant bacterium infectious pneumonia patients＇symptoms immediately, and can reduce the course of disease and improve the rate of cure.
