摘要
随着现代电力电子设备的广泛应用,电压跌落已日益成为电力部门和用户关注的电能质量问题。为此采用动态电压恢复器(DVR)来解决瞬时电压跌落问题。在介绍DVR的工作原理、系统框架及其数字控制系统的基础上,根据国内某集成电路芯片企业应用DVR的实例,说明了DVR的应用背景和运行条件、基本性能参数和应用效果等。由于DVR启动实时补偿,在瞬时电压跌落发生时补偿输出电压到额定电压值,有效地保障了电压敏感设备的正常工作,从而避免重大的经济损失。
Dynamic voltage restorer( DVR) is an effective solution for the voltage sags problems. When a voltage sag happens in electrical system, the dynamic voltage restorer will produce the expiation of electric voltage which is added to the system electric voltage, so that the output electric voltage for electronics equipments will keep as usual. The article introduced the basic concept of voltage sag and its influence on electrical equipment, and introduced the working principle, system structure, block diagram of DSP hardware and wiring diagram of the dynamic voltage restorer from the point of view of industrial application. An industrial application of a dynamic voltage restorer which is applied in a Chinese CMOS chip factory, including its background, running condition, basic performance parameter and effect is discussed. The waveforms record of voltage about phase c when a voltage sag happens in electrical system shows that the dynamic voltage restorer can precisely compensate the distribution system voltage sag and the break of production and fatal damage in economy is avoided.
