浅论欧鳗饲料与鳗池水质污染

On feed and pond water pollution in culture of European eel

本文从欧鳗（Anguillaanguilla）对饲料蛋白质的需要量，论及饲料的质量，以及投饵前的饲料加工和投饵技术与饲料散失的关系。饲料质量与鳗鱼的消化吸收和排泄也有密切关系。饲料散失和鳗鱼粪便是造成水质污染的主要根源。如果鳗场管理人员对鳗池的水质污染认识不足，对饲料的使用和鳗池水质的调控不科学，则必然造成水质污染甚至恶化，其后果将是严重的。

This paper discusses the relationship between the quality of feed and the feed Processing before feeding and feeding knowhow and the lose of feed. It is concluded that the quality of feed is closely related with the digestion,absorption and excretion of the eel. The loot feed and eel faces are the ma jor causes for pond water pollution. The aftermath from water pollution or degradation will be serious unless the management staff have a good understanding of water pollution and its control and the rational use of feed.
