7省市12所医院药品使用情况调查

Drug using survey in 12 hospitals in 7 provinces

为了解药品降价后医院临床对降价药品的使用情况及医院贯彻国家发改委的政策情况,中国医院协会组织两个调查组对青海、广东、山西、黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、北京7省市的12所医院药品使用情况进行了调查与核实。结果显示“医院使国家减轻群众医药费用负担的努力打了折扣”的结论不能成立。药品使用受多种因素影响,被调查医院抽调药品出库数据与临床实际用药数据不一致,22种降价药品的使用量并未明显减少,医院都在采取多种措施,积极贯彻落实发改委药品降价的文件。指出:一些价格便宜的临床常用药品紧缺,在药品降价调价工作中保障临床基本用药是需要注意的问题。

Chinese Hospital Association got a survey in Qinghai, Guangdong, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Beijing to gain the information of declining prices drug using in hospital. According to the survey, the common view of ‘hospital made the drug price declining policy unsuccessful＇ was not true. A lot of factors could influence drug using. The drug using data from drugstore was different from clinical practice. The 22 kinds of declining prices drug using was not significant decreased. Hospital had done much in implementation the drug price declining policy. The survey also demonstrated that lack of routine and low price drug was an important issue in drug price declining.
