摘要
通过问卷调查对广东省53家三级医院的正副院长从知识、技能和品质三个维度进行自身素质评价,结果显示医院领导对素质现状的自我评价总体处于比较高的水平,但对比自评结果与其期望值,除了“合作意识”与“亲和动机”以外,其余指标都显示素质现状与期望值间有差距,表明医院领导对自身素质评价尚不满意,认为素质水平有待提高。
A survey on tertiary hospital leaders' capacity in 53 hospitals in Guangdong province had done. The survey evaluated hospital leader' s capacity from knowledge, skill and character. It indicated that self evaluation of hospital leader capacity was good. But the value of expectation and self evaluation had significant difference besides of cooperate awareness and affinity. So the hospital leader thought they should improve their leadership.
