从人事管理和分配制度改革、建立科学有效的物业管理机构和制度两个方面论述了医院后勤实施物业化管理的操作模式,指出医院实施物业化管理应注意的问题,即提高认识,改变观念,适应改革;正确处理物业管理部门与医院的关系;坚持为医疗工作和职工、患者生活服务。

The article analyzed property management in hospital logistic management in view of human resource and allocation management. Hospital property management were considered to be turned ideas to fit hospital reform. The relations between logistic management and hospital should be solved smoothly and logistic service should be medical centered, hospital staff centered and patient centered.
