摘要
实施“名医、名科、名院”战略,关键在于保持和发展重点学科的优势。南开医院以国家级重点学科——中西医结合临床(外科)为建设重点,按项目管理模式,实行学科带头人负责制,确定各相关二级项目的主攻方向,发挥二级项目学术带头人的学术创新精神,形成创新团队;构建公共技术平台,优化资源配置;以科学研究和技术引进为先导,保持重点学科的可持续发展,并推动中西医结合医院的整体发展。
The key factor of "famous doctor, famous discipline and famous hospital" strategy was develop key discipline. The surgery of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine department was the State level key discipline. The discipline building followed project management mode and subject leading institute. The new management team, public technology plat and resource allocation were building. The key discipline would be sustainable developed and the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine would be integrated.
