患者在药物治疗中的不遵从性可分为主观和客观两种情形,本文分别介绍了这两种不遵从性的具体表现,并对其原因进行了分析,在此基础上提出了药师的相应对策,以提高患者药物治疗的遵从性。

The non-adherence of drug therapy can be divided into personal and impersonal non-adherence. The behavior of these two kinds was represented and the cause was explained. The pharmacist countermeasures were presented to improve the adherence of drug therapy.
