Continuous Improving Practice of the Nursing Care Satisfaction Investigation

分析护理服务满意度调查中存在的问题并提出相应的对策,存在的主要问题是:调查目的不明确,内容缺少深度,形式粗放,计算方法不一致造成失真,调查时间不能体现全程性,提出的对策有:转变认识,以人为本,调查内容实行质性突破,调查形式和方法更贴近实际,实行全员、全过程控制等。

This article analyzed the existing problems in investigating the nursing care satisfaction, and suggested the correlate strategies. The main problems were： the goal of investigation was unclear, the form was extensive, the discrepancy of statistic methods lead to incredible results, and it was just cross-sectional survey. The strategies might be： take clients as core consideration, change the content of the survey basically, make the form and method more close to reality, and adopt continuous control process.
