摘要
阐述了在武钢第一炼钢厂的条件下生产高碳钢采用高碳出钢工艺的研究及应用情况。通过对过程炉渣、过程温度与倒渣时机等工艺参数的有效控制,可以在吹炼终点熔池ω([C])达0.3%~0.8%的情况下,使熔池ω([P])控制在0.015%以内,从而达到降低生产成本的目的。
The present paper describes the process research and application of tapping steel bearing high carbon in production of high carbon steel under the current production conditions in the No. 1 Steel-making Plant of WISCO. By effective control of the technological parameters such as process slag, process temperatures and opportune slag tapping moment, ω([P]) in the bath can be controlled within 0. 015 % under the condition that ω([C]) in the bath is confined in the range of 0. 3 %-0. 8 % at the end point of blowing so as to achieve the purpose of reduction of the production cost.
