摘要
将鞍钢股份有限公司一炼钢厚板坯连铸结晶器、二冷水导热的实际情况与铸坯凝固导热过程的理论分析相结合,采用Visual Basic语言对厚板坯连铸凝固过程进行了模拟计算,模拟计算结果与铸坯射钉测厚结果基本一致。数值模拟结果表明,一炼钢新购置的动态配水系统实际运行满足铸坯凝固需要。
The solidification process of the CC heavy plate slab has been numerically simulated and calculated using the Visual Basic language in combination with the theoretical analysis of the process of the plate heat transfer during solidification as well as the heat conduction of the CC heavy plate mold and secondary cooling water in the No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of Anshan Iron & Steel Corporation. Results of the calculation are completely in agreement with the actual measurement on the slab. The results of numerical simulation show that the new dynamic water distribution system equipped in the No. 1 Steel-making Plant can meet practical needs of CC slab solidification.
