摘要
对一种新研制的机动背负式喷杆喷雾机的流量分布、药液沉积均匀性、农药沉积率及农药对操作者的污染与传统手动喷雾器进行对比研究。结果表明:该机具流量分布变异系数为11.09%;药液沉积的变异系数为20.27%,较传统手动喷雾器低6%;当施药液量为225 L/hm2和300 L/hm2时,处于拔节期水稻上的农药沉积率为25.9%和27.4%,比传统手动喷雾器分别提高了7.8%和5.8%,而操作者体表的农药沉积量分别降低近70%和50%。该机具喷施药液分布均匀,农药沉积率较高,适宜在小型地块实施喷雾作业。
In order to compare the performances of a motor-knap-sprayer, which is a new plant protect machine in China, with two traditional handled-knap-sprayers, the volume distributions, the uniformities of pesticide droplet, the depositions of pesticide and the body exposures of these three types of sprayers were experimentally studied in this work. The variation coefficient of volume distribution of the new machine is 11.09%, and that of droplet deposit was 20.27%, which is 6% less than that of the conventional machine. When the spray volumes are 225 L/hm^2 and 300 L/ hm^2 for the elongation rice, the chemical depositions are 25.9 % and 27.4 %, which are enhanced by 7.8% and 5.8 %, respectively. However, the chemical depositions on body decreased by 70% and 50%, respectively, at that volume. With uniform distributions of droplet and high chemical deposition, the new machine is better for farmer used in small fields.
