摘要
采用正交实验法,结合单因素分析,研究了激发剂、外加剂和水固比等因素和工艺条件对免烧陶粒筒压强度等性能的影响.实验结果表明,以氧化钙为激发剂,二水石膏为外加剂,通过细磨和蒸养,能有效提高陶粒强度,制备出高粉煤灰掺量的免烧陶粒.实验还表明,影响粉煤灰免烧陶粒力学性能的主要因素为粉煤灰的细度、激发剂掺量、养护方式、蒸养温度和养护时间等.
In this was performed. Using ort paper, hogona the preparation technique of non-sintered cera lity testing method and single factor analysis, msite from fly ash activator, additive, strength were discussed. The experimental results showed that using CaO as activator and CaSO4 · 2H2O as additive, fly ash grinding and steam conserve, the ceramsite cylindrical compress strength increased evidently and high mixture quality of fly ash ceramsite had been achieved.
