摘要
综述了高导热 AlN 陶瓷材料的制备技术及应用进展,指出了高导热 AlN 陶瓷材料制备工艺及其应用中存在的一些问题和其发展动向。
The developments in fabrication and application of high thermal conductivity AIN ceramics are summarized in this paper. The sintering methods, the problems in the fabricating process of AIN ceramics, its application field and developing direction are pointed out.
