当前我国社区妇幼保健服务现状和建议

Development actuality and suggestion of maternal and child health service of community in China

目的探讨当前社区妇幼保健服务发展面临的主要问题,提出相应的建议。方法检索近8年国内外期刊公开发表的涉及社区妇幼保健的相关文献,对检索所得文献期刊的研究时间分布、期刊来源、研究类型、研究方法、研究者的情况和研究的问题进行逐个分析。结果社区妇幼保健机制不健全、经费补偿不足、医务人员素质不高、服务项目不能满足需求是当前社区妇幼保健服务中存在的主要问题。结论进一步健全社区妇幼保健网络,提高服务质量,提高专业人员技术水平,可提升妇幼保健水平。

Objective： To describe the present situation and main questions of maternal and child health service in China to provide the corresponding suggestion.. Methods： To read and comment the obtained documents published since 1997 extensively, to summarize the time distribution, periodical source, research type, research method and researcher and content of each question. Results： Unsound maternity and child healthcare mechanism in community, deficient fund compensation, low - level skill of staff and inadequate health contents were the main problems in the present situation of maternal and child health care in community. Conclusion： The health service network should be strengthened to improve the community health service quality effectively, increase the staff＇s professional level and raise the maternal and child health care level.
