摘要
提出一种免疫遗传算法优化的模糊神经元控制器,利用免疫遗传算法的全局搜索功能和神经元的自学习能力,提高了模糊控制器的控制精度和抗干扰能力。将该控制器用于胶乳聚合反应釜的温度控制,仿真结果表明该控制器可以有效地消除静态误差,并对聚合反应生产过程中的温度骤变有很好的鲁棒性,实际应用效果也表明了该方法的优越性。
A fuzzy-neuron controller optimized by immune genetic algorithm ( IGA ) is presented. By utilizing the global search ability of IGA and self-learning ability of neuron controller, the control accuracy of fuzzy controller and its ability of anti-interference are improved. The simulation result, which is obtained by applying the method to control the temperature of latices polyreactor, shows static error is effectively reduced and the robustness of the new approach in controlling temperature shock in the process of polyreaction is satisfactory. Also, the advantages of this new approach are shown in practical applications.
