Serial Communication and Database Design Used in Eddy Current Testing System

摘要 根据特定的电涡流检测系统设计了有效的串行通信协议。对不同类型的命令数据采用同一种格式的数据帧进行发送,通过判断帧特定字节的方法进行命令和数据的区分并进行对应的操作,简化了通信协议帧的设计,用图形化编程语言实现了便携式缺陷探测系统和计算机信号处理系统的通信,并设计了串行通信数据库,用以实现重要数据的存储,系统取得了良好的实际应用效果。 A serial communication protocol used in the eddy current testing system is designed. Use the same format of data package to send out different kinds of command data. By identifying the special byte, the different command and data can be distinguished, a serial communication database also is designed, all these are realized using the graphical language. The application shows it has a good performance.
