Flow Pattern Identification of Oil-Gas Two Phase Flow Based on Capacitance Distributions and Stepwise Regression Method in Horizontal Pipes

摘要 基于12电极阵列电容传感器提供的电容测量信息,采用逐步回归方法,获得了与流型相关的电容关联式。基于最小方差预测准则,提出水平管油气两相流流型辨识方法。实验结果表明,该流型辨识方法仅通过管截面电容分布就有效地辨识了两相流流型,且具有简单、快速、不干扰流场等特点。 Based on the capacitance distributions from 12-electrod capacitance sensor, using stepwise regression method, the capacitance relation of oil-gas two phase flow based on flow pattern is developed. A flow pattern identification method is proposed based on the least standard criterion. The experimental results show that the proposed method implements the flow pattern identification successfully only using the tube cross-section capacitance distributions.
