摘要
以HOLLiAS MACS系统为平台,将模糊控制算法与串级PID控制算法相结合,设计了一种氯乙烯聚合反应过程的智能优化控制方案。该方案具有使系统超调量小、调整时间短、鲁棒性好且算法简单等优点,是一种提高氯乙烯聚合反应过程控制效果的有效方法。
According to the characteristic of chloroethylene polyreaction process, an intelligent control scheme based on HOLLiAS MACS is designed. This scheme combines fuzzy control with Cascade PID. The experiment shows that this scheme makes system overshoot reduced and can shorten regulate-time at the same time. The system can obtain high robustness.
