摘要
试验充分利用本地原料,研制成功1200℃温度下烧成的玲珑瓷。在试验中采用多种熔剂的合理配比,控制适当的工艺参数,确定了较好的坯釉配方组成。玲珑釉的透光性好,釉面平整光滑,光泽度较高。突破了玲珑瓷1300℃以上传统的烧成工艺,为低温烧成玲珑瓷的研究,节能降耗、环保等提供了重要的依据。
This experiment fully utilize local raw materials to successful study the rice-pattern porcelain burnt under the temperature 1200℃. In the experiment, the rational matching of many kinds of flux and control the proper craft parameter are adopted to makes up better the formula composition of body and glaze. The pervious to light of the rice-pattern glaze is better, the surface of glaze is level smooth, the glossiness is higher. It break through the tradition of burning technology above 1300℃ rice-pattern porcelain. It provide important basis for low temperature burning rice-pattern porcelain research, saving energy and reduce the cost and environmental protection.
