摘要
目的通过对孕早期诊断级超声辐照一定时间后人流绒毛组织的超微结构观察,为孕早期超声诊断的安全性评价提供一定的临床实验依据。方法人工采集人流绒毛组织标本经超声辐射10 min组20例,对照组(不辐射)20例,用电镜技术观测其组织细胞超微结构的改变。结果电镜观察绒毛细胞可见对照组19例核结构正常,胞质中细胞器状态完好;辐射10 min组有16例出现微绒毛的断裂,染色质浓缩、边聚、核裂解,内质网扩张、空泡化等各种异常改变。两组之间经χ2检验具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论孕早期接受一定剂量(5 MHz,10 min)的超声辐照能够导致绒毛细胞超微结构发生改变。
Objective To search for the potential impact of diagnostic ultrasound on villous cells in early pregnancy. Methods Electron microscope (EMS) was used to study the changes of villose ultrastructure. Results Nineteen samples in normal control group showed normal nuclear structure and cellular organelle, while 16 samples in treated group showed abnormal changes as follows: ruptured microvillus, condensed chromatin on the nuclear membrane, karyorrhexis, endoplasmic reticulum expansion and vacuolization (X^2 -test, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The ultrastructure change of villus cells can be induced by ultrasound at 5 MHz for 10 min.
