一氧化氮与慢性阻塞性肺疾病血小板功能相关性研究

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)为一种具有气流受限特征的疾病,随着气流受限的发展,可逐渐出现肺过度充气、气体交换异常、肺动脉高压和肺心病,但其发病机制尚不完全清楚。目前研究表明有多种因素参与了其发病过程。关于一氧化氮(N0)对COPD患者血小板功能的调节作用未见相关报道。我们测定了COPD患者血清NO浓度,血小板胞浆内Ca^2+浓度,以探讨NO在COPD发病中的作用,为COPD的防治提供新的依据。
