韶关冶炼厂一系统烧结挖潜技改设计

The Improvable Design of Sintering Plant for System I of Shaoguan Smelter

结合设计实践,论述了韶关冶炼厂一系统在混合、制粒、烧结及破碎工段的挖潜技改设计,并对今后仍需进一步加以改进的方面提出了建议,指出利用铅锌烧结处理低价二次物料,在很大程度上可发挥ISP的技术优势。

Combined with the practical designing work, the improvable design on the mixing, granulating and breaking sections for system I in Shaoguan Smelter are discussed. Some advice about those aspects which need more improvement in future are given. It is a good way to make full use of technological advantages of ISP process and sintering process is used to deal with cheap second Pb and Zn materials.
