摘要
文章在分析导杆与母线夹具夹紧连接方法对铝电解槽焙烧的不利影响的基础上,提出了软联接新方法。研究表明,采用软联接方法可简化操作,提高焙烧时电流分布的均匀性,从而可在一定程度上延长电解槽寿命。
Based on analyzing the disadvantage of gripping device connecting technology between anode rod and bus to the roasting of aluminum reduction cells, the new method of flexible connecting device between anode rod and bus is proposed. Through experiments, we conclude that the new method is not only easy to handle and improve the evenness of current distribution, but also extend the service life of aluminum reduction cells to a certain extent.
