发展湖南有色金属工业循环经济的思考

Consideration about Developing Circulation Economy of Nonferrous Metal Industry in Hunan Province

湖南省有色金属资源品种多、储量大,但一直无法摆脱“大而不强”的尴尬局面。针对此情况,文章从产业、产品结构、技术水平等方面分析了该省有色金属工业存在的问题。并以循环经济试点湖南永兴县的成功实践为例,指出发展有色金属循环经济是解决这些问题的根本出路。通过对探矿前景、内部环境、外部环境等有利条件的分析,为湖南发展有色金属工业循环经济提出了相关建议措施。

The nonferrous metal resource in Hunan Province is varies and the reserve is big while the industry is ＂big but not strong＂ .This article has analyzed the questions which existed in nonferrous industry in Hunan Province in the aspects of industry, product mix, technical level etc. We learned from Yongxing, a experiment site practicing circulation economy, that the basic method to solve these questions is to develop circulation economy, and then the article explained the advantages in developing circulation economy in Hunan Province, obtained from the prospecting prospect, internal and external environment etc. Subsequently some relevant measures are suggested.
