摘要
“人、狼文化”是现代企业管理中人性和狼性两种文化及思想状态。“人、狼文化型管理”之间必然存在着一定的冲突;“刚柔并济、内外兼修、求同存异、兼收并蓄、稳中有变”是解决冲突的应对策略。
"Human-wolf culture" is a reflection of the two cultures and ideologies in modern enterprise' management: wolf and human natures. There exist inevitable conflicts between the two managements. The countermeasures to solve the conflicts are "tempering force with mercy, paying attention to both the internal and external cultivations, seeking common ground while reserving differences, swallowing all things uncritically and changing with assurance".
