基于地理信息共享构建的流域生态环境分布式评价系统 被引量:3

摘要 流域生态环境评价是水利工程建设及评估的一个重要方面,目前,国内外流域管理机构都在积极开展该领域的研究和组织实施工作。在我国,由于流域管理机构之间信息孤岛现象严重,获取信息、特别是时间或空间上的连续信息非常困难,因此在研究大范围、长周期的生态环境影响评价方面受到非常严重的制约。文中以web service技术为基础,考虑构建完全基于服务的地理信息共享系统,以解决我国流域机构中目前普遍存在的空间信息共享、特别是互操作难题,并且以湖北省区域作为范例构建一个多服务器、多模型的服务系统原型,实现了在该区域内进行流域生态环境评价。 Based on web service, the construction of a fully web service oriented system is considered to solve the problems, generally existed in the administrations of the river basins in china, from geospatial information sharing and especially the interoperation, and then a prototype service system composed by multi-server and multi-model services is constructed by taking the area of Hubei Province as the pilot case; with which the assessment on the basinal eco-environment of the area is realized.
