摘要
需求侧供水负荷的管理调度(DSM)技术对供水负荷调峰、减少供需差和有效利用水资源方面具有重要意义。结合南水北调中线调度运行初步研究,提出供水负荷的定义,通过供水负荷的调查分析,提出各种负荷的分类原则和标准。在分析南水北调中线调度运行特点的基础上,提出了基于中线相关调度准则下负荷管理的调度模型理论和多目标分层最优化的计算方法。
The technique of demand side management(DSM) for water supply load has a great significance for the peak-cfipping of the water supply load to reduce the difference between the water supply and demand and make an effective utilization of the water resources. Combined with a preliminary study on the dispatching operation of the Mid-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the definition of the water supply load is put forward and then various principles and criteria are given through the investigation and analysis made on the water supply concerned. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the operation of the Midroute, the theory of the dispatching model for the load management and the calculation method for the lexico-graphically stratified programming concerned under the related operation criteria of the Mid-route are given herein as well.
