基于LonWorks总线的遥测双向垂线坐标仪的设计

摘要 大坝安全监测作为大坝安全保障的重要手段,决不允许中断监测。要求安全监测系统能长期精确、稳定、可靠而又实时地采集数据。基于LonWorks总线的遥测垂线坐标仪可以及时有效地获取大坝的监测信息,实现高精度大坝变形测量。主要有超声波发射和接收单元、ARM单片机控制单元、LON-RS232通信单元、管理单元和上位机等组成。该系统具有运行稳定、操作方便、精度高(±0.1 mm)、性能价格比高等优点。运行结果表明,该系统能完全满足工程上的监控要求。 The remote twin-direction vertical plumb coordinatograph based on LonWorks can timely and effectively obtain the monitoring information and realize the survey of dam deformation with high precision. The system mainly consists of the ultrasonic emitting and receiving unit, ARM controlling unit, LON - RS232 communication unit, the management unit and the upper computer and then has the merits such as stable operation convenient use, high precision( ±0. 1 mm), higher ratio of performance to price etc. The operation report shows that this system can fully meet the engineering monitoring requirements concerned.
