摘要
本文根据高校图书馆为适应高等教育由外延向内涵发展转变的形势需要,提出了利用信息流量测度值作为图书馆评价标准,来适应时代要求,更好地为高等教育服务。
This paper suggests that university library, in order to accommodate itself to advanced education development, shall take information abundance as the evaluation standard to serve advanced education better.
