论新信息环境下中小型图书馆信息资源建设

本文首先从资源建设理念、信息资源的体系规划、信息的收集策略3方面论述了新信息环境下图书馆信息资源建设的定位。在此基础上,研究探讨了新信息环境下中小型图书馆信息资源建设的对策,包括:整体规划、运营机制、技术支撑、资源的采集、整合、揭示等多方面内容。

The paper analyzes the orientation of the information resource construction of library in network information environment from the point of view of resources construction idea, information resource systern planning, and information collection strategy. Based on this analysis, the research discusses the countermeasures of information resource construction for the middle and small scale hbraries, including their whole planning, operation mechanism, technical support, resources collection, resources integration and opening out etc.
