合作创新企业间技术知识共享保障策略分析

企业间合作创新的目的就是通过共享现有技术知识降低创新成本、提高创新效率。文章论述了影响合作过程中的知识共享和有效转移的因素,认为在合作关系中建立合理有效的保障体系,将会提高知识共享程度与转移效率。

The purpose of industrial cooperative innovation is to reduce the innovation cost and improve the efficiency through sharing knowledge and technology resource. By discussing the factors which effects the knowledge sharing and technology transfer during the collaboration process, this article proposed that setting up a rational and effective legislative cooperation agreement will enhance the quality of knowledge sharing and improve the efficiency of technology transfer.
