摘要
青海地道中藏药材山莨菪人工引种栽培试验成功。采集二年生和三年生种植山莨菪在不同生长期的植物全植株,采用原子吸收光谱仪分析测试其铜、锌、铁、锰、钴、镍等微量元素含量。结果表明:二年生山莨菪各组织器官中铁、锰、钴、镍元素含量高于三年生,而铜、锌元素含量却为三年生高于二年生,即种植山莨菪各组织器官的生长随着生长年龄的增加,其生长速度在减小,而生物量在继续增加。
The Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher is a Chinese traditional medicinal material and Tibet herb of local Qinghai, and the test of cultivated has a good result in Qinghai Province. We collected the cultivated Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher of two year and three year in differ growth phase, and analyzed the contents of mineral elements as Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Co, Ni by atom absorb spectrum instrument. The results show that the contents of the Fe, Mn, Co, Ni of two year is higher than three year and the contents of the Cu, Zn three year is higher than two year for the every tissue apparatus of the cultivated Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher. That is the growth rapidity is decreased and the biology quantity has hold on increased follow the growth age increased for the every tissue apparatus the cultivated Anisodus tanguticus (Maxim.) Pascher.
