聚合物P(NIPAM-AM-NPA)的合成及溶液性能 被引量:1

Study on the Properties of Associative Copolymers P(NPA-AM-NIPAM) in Aqueous Solution

摘要 以丙烯酸壬基酚聚氧乙烯酯(NPA)、丙烯酰胺、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为单体,采用自由基水溶液聚合方法制备了水溶性共聚物P(NIPAM-AM-NPA)。采用FT-IR、1H-NMR对该共聚物以表征;研究了共聚物浓度、温度以及不同电解质对共聚物溶液性能的影响。结果表明,随着盐浓度的增加,聚合物溶液表观黏度有较大幅度上升。在相同情况下,NaCl的增粘效果最为显著,而MgCl2和CaCl2则影响不大。该共聚物的盐水溶液在升温条件下可保持良好的增粘作用,适当条件下还会出现黏度随温度升高而上升的独特现象。 The associative water-soluble copolymers P (NPA-AM-NIPAM) of N-isopropy- lacrylamide, acrylamide and nonylphenyl polyoxyethylene acrylate (NPA) were synthesized by free radical aqueous solution copolymerization. The copolymer structures were characterized via IR spectrum and ^1H-NMR spectrum. Polymer concentration, temperature and different electrolyte on the performance of copolymer solutions were studied. The results show that different electrolyte has different effect on polymers solution. The apparent viscosity of the copolymer solution will increase with NaCl, KCl and Na2SO4 concentration rising, but the MgCl2 and CaCl2 haven' t notable effect on the viscosity of P(NIPAM-AM-NPA) solution. Under the same condition, Na^+is more than K^+, K^+is more than Ca^+ ,SO4^2-is more than Cl^-. The saline solution of P (NIPAM-AM-NPA) can keep high viscosity at high temperature. At properly condition, the viscosity of P(NIPAM-AM-NPA) solution increase with the temperature rising.
