摘要
利用DSC和W AXD研究了医用聚丙烯专用料(TPC)及其密封式直立吹塑瓶(TPCC)的熔融行为和结晶结构。结果表明经过吹塑成型过程后,TPCC的熔融温度、结晶度均较TPC有所提高,DSC熔融半峰宽明显下降,微晶尺寸明显增大,同时晶面取向因子发生显著变化,表明成型过程中晶区尺寸增大,且晶体结构更均匀规整,赋予了输液瓶良好的性能。
The melting behavior and crystalline structure of vertical-faced medical polypropylene bottle was studied based on DSC and WAXD test. The results showed that melting temperature, crystallinity increased and the half width of the melting peak decreased after medical polypropylene was blown into bottle, which indicated that the regularity of the crystalline and crystallinity increased. The increase of crystallite size and notable changes of orientation factor for crystal planes during blow molding process revealed that the crystalline region and alignment degree of material increased , which given the bottle good mechanical properties.
