摘要
对高硅球墨铸铁的脆化现象及本质进行了实验研究.结果表明:随着含硅量的增加,脆性增加,并发现含硅4.46%~5.09%时,冲击韧性急剧下降,这一急剧转变点(即硅脆点)同时又是α固溶体晶格从无序到有序的转变点.指出合金有序化是导致硅脆现象根本原因。
Brittleness of high silicon nodular cast iron is studied to show that brittleness is increased with increase of content of silicon,and impact value is reduced at 4.46% ̄ 5.09% Si and order disorder transformation of solid solution is produced at 4.46% ̄5.09% Si,A new viewpoint according to which order disorder transformation is considerable to produce brittleness of high silicon cast iron is presented,and method by which brittleness may be eliminated is also presented
