从无机涂层的制作工艺入手,对涂层的性能、技术、生产制作工艺和质量控制要点,进行了一系列的试验和研究,得到了无机涂层用于汽轮机压气机动、静叶表面防腐是完全可行的结论。

Starting from inorganic coating process, a series of tests and studies are carried out on the performance, technology, production processing procedures and quality control points of the coating. The conclusion obtained is that the inorganic coating is fully applicable to the surface anti-corrosion of steam turbine moving blades and diaphragm stationery blades.
