摘要
早期变频器控制系统中,采用专用定时器芯片或CPLD进行PWM波形的产生,在PWM路数需求大时,需要多片定时器芯片,导致板件设计复杂、成品率低、故障率高。采用新型的FPGA器件,设计了一个具有30个PWM波形发生器的系统,取代了多片的定时器芯片,使设计大大简化。
This paper elaborates the application of FPGA to PWM generator of the high voltage inverter control system. In the earlier control system the special- purpose timer chip or CPLD were used to carry on the PWM generating, when PWM way is required more, it needs many pieces of timer chips, this causes the board design to be complicated, low production rate, high failure. Using the FPGA component to design a system which has 30 PWM generators, it can replaces not only many piece of timer chips, but also simplify the design.
