A Disappeared Mountain Village is a masterpiece of famous poet FENG Zhi. The thought, feeling, philosophy and beauty conveyed by the author offered us enlightenment. In that piece of work, the author described sufferings of the Hui ethnic minorities in Yunnan in the Qing Dynasty. It is predicted that in his life in Yunnan FNEG Zhi heard something about the Hui ethnic minorities. Therefore, in writing that piece of work, he spared several paragraphs to the Hui ethnic minorities.
