本文提出了一种电力系统短期负荷预报的新算法．该算法首先利用模糊技术对历史负荷数据进行平滑处理，建立负荷变化的趋势项和波动项动态模型并作出预报．
Introduces a new algorithm for load forecasting. It smoothes load data by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, then establishes the dynamic models of tendency term and pulsative term of load variation.Lastly, it compensates the forecasted data by Fuzzy Technique taking the influence of temperature, holiday factor and weather conditions into consideration.
