It is widely accepted in the geophysics world to make great efforts in the research and application of the non-linear inverse problems. The lectures will introduce some new developments of non-linear inverse methods in the last decade at home and abroad. The goal is to draw geophysicists more attention from different angles and fields so as to study it and apply it and enhance its effect of geophysical exploration for the better service of national economic construction and people＇s life.
