目的了解新建幼儿园施工图纸中存在的设计卫生问题，为修订《托儿所、幼儿园建筑设计规范》或制定《托儿所、幼儿园设计卫生规范》提供依据。方法对1996—2005年间报送审核、评价的新建幼儿园施工图纸进行卫生学分析。结果48份图纸中以6—9个班的中型幼儿园为主。在选址上，48所幼儿园都没征询过卫生部门意见。用房设计合格率最高的为生活用房，达到62．50％；其他项目合格率均不足50％。仅15份图纸设计了室外游戏场地，占31．25％；已设室外游戏场地的15份图纸中，仅2份面积符合设计要求，占已设图纸的13．33％。结论新建幼儿园施工图纸的卫生符合率较低。应尽快修订或制定新的《托儿所、幼儿园建筑设计卫生规范》。

Objective To get to know the existing sanitary problems of the construction drawings of the newly - built kindergartens and provide a foundation for the revision or formulation of The Construction Design Regulation of Nursery And Kindergarten. Methods To analyze the evaluated construction drawings from the period of 1996 to 2005 from the hygienic perspective. Results Among the 48 drawings, most were the medium - sized kindergartens, When they chose the construction sites, none of them consulted the hygienic department. Qualified rate of living room design was the higest, accounting for 62.5 % （30/48）. Qualified rate of other items was less than 50%. Only 15 drawings had playground, accounted for 31.25% （ 15/48 ）. Among the 15 drawings, only 2 were qualified, accounting for 13.33 %. Conclusions Few construction drawings of newly - built kindergartens conformed to specifications and The Construction Design Regulation of Nursery And Kindergarten.
