摘要
基于对某出口动车转向架构架垂向减振器座静强度对比分析结果,利用有限元应力应变方法、材料的S-N曲线和动力学模拟得到的载荷时间历程,对垂向减振器座疲劳寿命进行仿真对比分析,进一步对该减振器座作了结构改进。静强度分析和疲劳预测都证明结构改进是合理的。
On the basis of the comparison analysis results of the static strength of the bogie frame vertical damper seat on an exported motor car,with the application of the finite element stress strain method,the S-N curve of materials and the load time history obtained in dynamics simulation,the simulation comparison analysis is made for the fatigue service lives of the vertical damper seat,and the structure improvement is further made for the damper seat.The static strength analysis and fatigue prediction both prove that the structure improvement is reasonable.
