COPD患者机械通气时人机对抗的原因分析及护理对策

目的 分析慢性阻塞性肺气肿（Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease，COPD）患者机械通气时人机对抗的原因，寻求相应的护理对策。方法 通过观察分析52例COPD患者在行机械通气过程中发生人机对抗的原因，分别给予有效的护理措施。结果 通过有效的观察分析及护理，使52例COPD患者的机械通气更合理，充分完全地发挥了机械通气的功能。结论 良好的护理对策，提高了COPD患者在机械通气过程中的通气效果。

Objective TO analyse the reasons for antagonism with a Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease（COPD）patient making use of respirator and to find a good nursing counrtermeasure. Methods We selected 52 case of COPD treated by respirator. There are many kinds of reasons for the antagonitice contradiction. We wake effective nursing measures for each one. Results By having observed and effective nursed, all patients take more beneficial breathe by respirador,so as to we can completely making good use of respirator for the COPD patient. Conclusion A good nursing countermeasure can improve the effctive of breathe by respirator for COPD.
