70岁以上老年人髋部骨折手术后护理体会

The postoperation care experience for the above 70 years - old of sciatic fracture

目的 探讨高龄患者髋部手术后护理效果。方法 对2000年2月-2005年2月收治的52例髋部手术患者术后进行系统的护理及功能锻炼指导。结果 随访36例，平均随访16个月，髋关节功能恢复状况优16例，良12例，中5例，差2例，因肺部并发症死亡1例。结论 髋部手术的高龄患者合并症多，免疫力弱，手术并发症多，认真做好围手术期的治疗与护理，是提高手术疗效的关键。

Objective To evaluate the the postoperation care experience sciatic of senile patients. Methods To tend and coach funcation exercise by the numbers for the 52 cases of sciatic operation. Results The 36 cases were followed up, average time is 16 months, the resumptive status of hip joint, excellent 16 cases, right 12 cases, middle 5 cases,bad 2 cases. 1 case died in the complication of lung. Conclusion The operation of old patients have plenty of complication, and low immunity. Take earnestly care on it is the key of arising the effect of operating.
