摘要
为制备可用于高性能电池电极和导电胶的石墨填料,采用了不经过敏化、活化处理而直接在碱性镀液中进行化学镀银的方法制备了镀银鳞片石墨。研究了石墨镀前预处理、镀液温度和主盐添加量等因素对镀银石墨电阻率和电导率的影响。结果表明:在研究所采取的试验条件下,工艺参数取镀液温度60℃、主盐添加量为石墨的15%时,经过化学镀银处理后电导率提高了大约4.16倍。观察镀银石墨的扫描电镜(SEM)形貌发现,所采取的化学镀工艺可制得符合要求的镀银鳞片石墨。
In order to prepare Ag-coated flake graphite used as filler of conductive adhesive or poles of the battery, the electroless plating procedure was investigated that plated the silver directly in alkaline solution without activation or sensitize treatment. The effects of some process parameters such as pre-treatment, before electroless plating, the temperature of the solution and the addition of the solvent were studied. The results from experiment show that the conductivity of the Ag-coated flake graphite is increased by 416 % against that from un-coated graphite under the.condition of the ratio of solvent over graphite taken as 15% and plating at 60℃. And it is also supported with the analysis of the images from scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
